This Cancellation, Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of gilia.app users regarding cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution.

1. Refund Process

1.1. Users are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of the first payment for the following reasons:

Technical Issues
Users must immediately report any technical issues to gilia.app by emailing support@gilia.app with a description of the problem. If the technical issue renders the product unusable and the issue cannot be resolved, users are eligible for a full refund.

Other Reasons
If a user has any other reason to wish for a refund, they must contact support@gilia.app by email as soon as possible. UAB “Gilia” owns the right to either confirm or decline the request for the refund on a case-by-case basis.

1.2. The Refund Process must follow these restraints:

Users must submit their request for a refund to support@gilia.app with detailed information about their case.
UAB “Gilia” will assess the request and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Users must manage subscription cancellations via their personal account (https://app.gilia.app/?scr=profile) and cancel at least one day before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
If the user faces any difficulties with accessing their profile screen where their subscription can be canceled, they must contact support@gilia.app immediately.

3. Trial Period

UAB “Gilia” guarantees a 14-day full-version trial period of gilia.app that starts at the moment of the registration of the user. If the user subscribes to the full version of gilia.app before the trial period ends, the payment will be made on the day after the 14-day trial period.

4. Dispute Resolution

UAB “Gilia” is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Users are encouraged to contact gilia at support@gilia.app to discuss their concerns and provide all relevant details to facilitate a resolution.

In some cases, disputes may be resolved through arbitration as outlined in UAB “Gilia” Terms and Conditions. Arbitration proceedings are subject to the governing laws of Lithuania.
